2022 Muscat 'Supernova' Domaine Danjou-Banessy, Languedoc, France

Whole Muscat grapes from 70 year old vines are hand harvested and undergo a gentle fermentation with indigenous yeast. This is followed by a 30 day maceration with the skins before being aged in old oak barrels for approximately 9months. The wine is bottled by gravity, unfiltered.
